It is easy for us to wake up and wish that we were in a more successful pair of shoes. We often are in competition with others and that is our biggest mistake. Wake up and compete to be better than the person you were yesterday !
Take it day by day
Understand that you are doing the best that you can right now. One step forward is better than no steps at all. Evaluate the place that you are at. Ask yourself "Am I doing everything possible that I can?" If the answer is yes continue doing what you are doing. If the answer is no, push yourself to do a little more than you did yesterday.
Be proactive.
Setting goals is easy, it's putting in the work to achieve them that is the challenging part. You have to be motivated and willing to take the steps towards achieving your goals. How can yoga help me?
Practicing yoga a few days out of the week is a fun way to increase your flexibility and strengthen your muscles. Yoga also is beneficial to your heart, as it can lower blood pleasure, cholesterol and blood sugar.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is indeed learning to work with the mind. meditation can involve focusing, relaxing or pondering. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.
Why is setting goals important?
Goal setting is the first step to manifesting greatness. When you say, speak or write your goals, you are giving yourself something to work towards. Goal setting gives you a purpose in life and working towards them gives you satisfaction.

The goal that I-MANIFEST strives towards is to promote positive mental growth and wellness across underprivileged communities where mental health is not properly addressed. The mind generates so many thoughts through out the day and essentially these thoughts control the way we go about our lives.
